HISTORICAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY

MAIN EQUIPMENT

CORRUGATED ROLDER

Chinese manufacturing equipment, refurbished and updated with components of German and American originincluding propulsion, drive, automation and control components.

• Corrugator.

• Roller sets for flutes C, B and E.
• Cutting system.

The corrugator allows transforming the paper by forming the wave and subsequent bonding with the liner, generating the corrugated cardboard sheet that feeds the next stages of the process.

ROLLING MACHINE

Chinese-manufactured equipment as well repowered with higher-spec components.

• Output dimensions of sheets: up to 1.50 m x 1.00 m.
• Sheet feeding system.
• Single face feeding system.
• Rubber-coated rollers.
• Adhesion system using sensors and feeding bands.

The historical processing capacity of the sheet metal roller was approximately sized to a ratio 3:1 with respect to corrugationin accordance with the production settings used.

PRINTING SYSTEM

The plant allows handling orders for printed and non-printed boxes.

The existing system allows printing of 1, 2 and up to 3 colors by screen printing, before the rolling, punching and bonding process.

PUNCHING AND DIE MAKING
